Re-image an M5Stack Core2 with the current MSV telemetry firmware, straight from this browser over USB. No dev tools needed.
Your browser can't do this. Web flashing needs desktop Chrome or Edge over USB-C
(it uses WebSerial, which phones, iPhone and Safari don't support). Open this page on a laptop.
Flash now
Use a laptop (Windows/Mac/Linux) with Chrome or Edge.
Plug the Core2 in with its USB-C cable.
Click Install, pick the CH9102 / USB-serial port, and confirm.
Wait for "installation complete", then unplug/replug. The node boots and looks for WiFi.
(handled below)Serial access was blocked - reload and allow it.
Good to know
Name each unit at setup - after flashing, the MSV · SETUP screen asks for the node name (e.g. MSV-02) so every unit keeps its own identity. No dev laptop needed.
Multiple WiFi networks - on that same setup screen you enter both the above-ground and tunnel WiFi; the node switches between them as it moves. You can also push WiFi over the air below (no reflash for future changes).
Firmware: physics fusion, on-device FFT + acoustic, 24-band vibration spectrum, BLE operator tag, adaptive realtime cadence, multi-network QR provisioning, signed remote config.
Set WiFi for these units (over the air)
Push the site's networks to units that are already online (they adopt it on the next config poll and never drop the network they're using). A brand-new node still needs its first WiFi from the on-device QR setup above.
